PORSCHEBALL NURBURGRING TRIP 2009 - Sat 8th to Tues 11th Aug
Last call for this year's Nurburgring trip! Our annual jaunt has proven to be one of the best ways to experience it. It's friendly and easy going and focuses as much on the journey, socializing and sightseeing as it does the driving experience. We leave Porscheshop HQ at 10am Sat, picking up people along the way; we enjoy the sea crossing from Dover to Dunkerque before heading across Belgium to our 4 Star hotel in Bonn. We are fully briefed along the way and Rob Clark our tour guide provides everyone with a full itinerary and safety briefings throughout the weekend. The trip is ideal for first time visitors to the 'ring and is designed to give owners new to this type of event a trouble free weekend. As well as allowing for time on the track, our itinerary includes numerous viewing points with visits to both the GP circuit and pre-war South loop, and also with a brief history lesson along the way for those of us who enjoy understanding the culture of a place. Our journeys to and from the circuit are scenic as we pass through the Bavarian black forest and there is even time to wind down your windows and enjoy the exhaust tones as we pass through the three mountain tunnels. More info below:
• The trip costs £499 for a car and a driver or £599 for a car, a driver and a passenger.
